Hello and welcome to my HR blog. I am going to write on a regular basis about HR topics that I find interesting or particularly important. I’ll also keep updates on how I am progressing with my HR experiments and cover any developments in my career or education.
Expectation setting:
- I am writing as a HR&IR graduate at the beginning of their career.
- While I will occasionally write well referenced articles about HR, most of the entries will be my thoughts, opinions and journey in HR.
- I am no expert and will never claim to be. I enjoy learning about HR and keeping an open mind.
- This blog is not strictly a dialogue to /dev/null (the bitbucket/oblivion). If you have any thoughts, ideas or opinions about anything in the blog (or HR in general), just pump them into the comments or contact me. I love discussion, I enjoy debate and if you disagree with something I have written, comment and have fun in doing so because I will thoroughly enjoy your thoughts.
